Arthur trained as Secondary Maths teacher via the Teach First programme before teaching in a range of schools across the UK and in South East Asia. He has a MA in Educational Leadership and is now a online Maths educator.  

 Mike has been involved in education for 15 years fulfilling a variety of school-based roles including Head of Year, Head of Department and Assistant Headteacher. He has taught across a variety of educational contexts from UK state schools to international boarding schools.
